Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, skin reactions, or unused products.

We only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To qualify for a return:

  1. You must email hello@lumarituals.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. You must include:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the damaged or defective item

    • A description of the issue

Eligibility conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for orders reported after 7 days

  • We do not accept returns based on personal dislike, skin sensitivity, or incorrect orders due to customer error

Approved returns will be replaced with the same item or refunded to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • You enter the wrong shipping address at checkout

  • You change your mind after receiving the order

  • The product was opened or used

  • You claim skin irritation or reaction without providing photos and explanation

  • You fail to respond to our support team within 5 business days of being contacted

Lost or Stolen Packages
LUMA Rituals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was incorrect or damaged. We will provide a return address and instructions.
